Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Custom-made or perishable items are non-returnable.

• For hygiene reasons, opened health products cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

• Notify Us: Email us at info@elixer.co.uk to inform us of your return. Include your order number and reason for the return.

• Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

• Send the Item Back: Ship the item to the following address:

Refunds
